Approximately two hours.

How many tickets are allowed for each graduate?
Each graduate is allotted six tickets.
Where do I obtain my guest tickets?
Invitations to and tickets for admission to the commencement
ceremony are normally available and ready for distribution
sometime in April. Students will be notified via email when
these items are available for pick up.
- Medical students may pick
up tickets and invitations in the Medical Student Affairs
Office, AG-062, from Jenny Beaurivage or Lisa Francini.
- Dental
students may obtain tickets and invitations in the Dental
Academic and Student Affairs Office, AG-030, from Sandie
Krawczynski.
- Graduate students may collect their tickets
and invitations in the Registrar’s Office, LM-035, from Janice Gilkes or Swapna Das.
Can a graduate request additional tickets?
Those requiring additional tickets are asked to put in a
request for the number of extra tickets. Every attempt will be
made to accommodate the request within reason. The additional
tickets will be distributed after every graduating student has received
his or her first six.
Do children need tickets?
Any child seated in a separate chair will need a ticket.
Those who will be seated on the lap of an adult will not need a
ticket for admission.
Are guests assigned seating?
No. Guests and family members of the graduating students
should seat themselves on a first come, first served basis. |
