Special Accommodations
Handicap Accessibility
A specific area is designated for handicapped seating within
the Convention Center Ballroom. Volunteers will be available to
escort guests needing guidance to this seating section.
Hearing Impairment
The entire ceremony will be interpreted in sign language for
the hearing impaired.
First Aid/Emergency
Medical coverage is provided at the Connecticut Convention
Center by a registered nurse and/or EMT personnel who are
available on the premises for the duration of the commencement
ceremony. |
